Being a part of HR & Administration Team, your main task will be:
- Contact person for payroll and time management related topics
- Interface to external payroll accounting partners
- Management of vacations, sick leaves, and business trips records
- Support in the preparation of new procedures & policies
- HR related organizational tasks topics
- Participation in or lead of different HR Projects
- Support in recruiting or people development related tasks
- Support of general administration tasks
- Expertise in payroll & HR administration topics (2-3 years)
- Knowledge of labor law
- High degree of customer and service orientation
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Interest in other subjects of HR domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of German and English (intermediate level)

- Full-time based salary for the position is € 3.650 gross per month. We are willing to pay above the stated salary, final offer will be based your individual qualification and experience
