Integrated Management System Expert (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall architecture of the management system
- Definition of system level support processes and their implementation on a needed basis as the company evolves (e.g. risk management, knowledge management, etc…)
- Coordination for the development and improvement of the management system through pilot and ad-hoc projects
- Support of Process Owners for creating the process, procedures, instructions, and templates, Including requirements management
- Focal point for quality management and quality assurance matters
- Integration of the CAQ suite with the company PLM
- Cooperation with the Independent Monitoring function
Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in an engineering or a scientific domain.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing, developing and improving integrated management systems for product development and production companies, preferably in aviation or automotive.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Tools and Methods and of current process modelling techniques, standards and notations is required
- Awareness of Configuration Management and Program Management method & tools is required. Direct experience with PLM / ERP is a plus
- Experience with EASA regulations for design and production Is an advantage
- Good communication skills and team-worker, having an analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Structured, independent, accurate and solution-oriented way of working, prepared also to support in other domains of the Integrated Process Excellence Team
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Good communication skills in German, or willing to achieve B1-level
