Media Designer & Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
As a part of the marketing team, your responsibilities are:
- Creation and monitoring of multimedia productions for social media
- Develop video content part of campaigns and branded content in accordance with our brand identity
- Work independently as well as with professional video companies on all steps of video creation (shoot, cut, color grading, edit, etc.), and all steps of motion graphics (design and prepare graphic elements, animate, edit, etc.) articulate the vision of the brand
- Creation of innovative designs for graphics, animation design and film formats for social media
- Independent implementation of photo shoots as well as implementations with external professionals
- Ensure creative quality from start to finish with convincing storytelling
- Maintenance of website and social media channels with reviews and analysis of the activities
- Trend scouting, support and organization of the company exhibition stand at international fairs, exhibitions, and congresses
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a higher education in marketing, media design, graphics and min. 2 years of work experience or several years of experience in similar position
- Experience in video production and camera handling cut and edit/colour grading, as well as photo shoots and edit as well as creation and implementation of motion graphics and animation
- You can fluently use all Adobe CC Software (or comparable) related to motion graphics, video cutting, editing, as well as photo editing tools
- Sense of aesthetics and digital design with confident handling of graphics, layout and typesetting
- Capable to work in an agile, cross-functional and international environment
- High level of organizational, implementation skills and excellent knowledge of English
